We are now looking for a local staff who is willing to work at consular section as secretary in Embassy of Japan in Malaysia.
                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                     
1.    Position: Secretary ( 1 position )
 
2.    Job Description:  Visa-Related

3.    Work Location: Consular Section, Embassy of Japan in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)

4.    Scheduled Starting Date: At the beginning of May

5.    Working Hours: Monday-Friday  8:30~16:30 ( except for holidays)
                  
6.    Requirement

• Malaysian Citizen or those who hold qualified status to work in Malaysia
• Fluency in English (as fluent as the mother language). Ability to understand Bahasa Malaysia and Japanese (at the level of  Japanese  Language Proficiency Test Second Grade or above )  would be an advantage
• Excellent in computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook  etc

7.    Salary
       Your compensation will be determined upon our regulation
