On 16 March, Mr. Takuji Takahashi, Japanese talented culinary expert gave a “Wasyoku Lecture and Demonstration” at the Japanese Ambassador’s residence. The special lecturer Chef Takahashi is the third generation in his family, having operated a long-standing and feted restaurant in Kyoto, names Kinobu, which is awarded a prestigious Michelin star. Chef Takahashi gave detailed explanation of the characteristics of Japanese cuisine and 60 participants enjoyed learning more about the charm of Japanese culinary culture.
