| 36th Bon-Odori Festival Attracted Big Crowd |

The 36th Bon-Odori Festival was held in Kompleks Sukan Negara in Shah Alam on 14th July 2012. Over 40,000 participants - both Malaysian and Japanese- enjoyed the traditional Japanese-style festival. Lots of Malaysians danced merrily in circles to the tunes of the Japanese traditional Bon Odori dance, such as “Tokyo Ondo” and “Hanakasa Ondo”. Many Malaysian youths dressed in yukata and enjoyed the festival.   |
