| 37th Bon-Odori Festival Attracted Big Crowd |
| The 37th Bon-Odori
Festival was held in Kompleks Sukan Negara in Shah Alam on 6th July
2013. Fireworks were launched to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of
The Japan Club that night. Over 30,000 participants - both Malaysian
and Japanese- enjoyed the traditional Japanese-style festival. Lots of Malaysians danced merrily in circles to the tunes of the Japanese traditional Bon Odori dance, such as “ Tokyo Ondo” and “Hanakasa Ondo”. Many Malaysian youths dressed in yukata and enjoyed the festival.     |
