On September 20, The Ceremony of presenting the award of the Foreign Minister’s Commendations for FY 2016 to Ms. Keiko Nakagawa (National Symphony Orchestral Principal Flautist) was held at the Japanese Ambassador’s residence. Ms. Keiko Nakagawa was conferred in recognition of her distinguished service in promoting mutual understanding between Japan and Malaysia through music, contributing to promoting friendly relations between Japan and other nations.
