The 23rd Asia-Pacific Roundtable was held by the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS) from 1-4 June 2009. Embassy of Japan supported the Roundtable and hosted the official reception on 2 June.

Five speakers from Japan participated and presented at the Roundtable.
