| Japan participated in MATTA Fair |

MATTA Fair (Tourism & Travel Fair) was held at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) in Kuala Lumpur from 14 (Fri) to 16 (Sun) March 2014. As parts of the public relations campaign in promoting Japan’s tourism, Japan government set up a Japan themed pavilion with the cooperation of Embassy of Japan in Malaysia, Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), local governments and theme parks from Japan. Ambassador Miyagawa visited the fair on 16 March (Sun). He inspected Japan’s booth and gave words of encouragement to the related personnel. He also stopped by Malaysia travel operators booth who are promoting Japan tour packages and asked them for their cooperation in promoting Japan’s Tourism.
