On 1st August, Ambassador Miyagawa attended Malaysia-Japan Joint Seminar on Slope/ Landslide Management and Earthquake Engineering, co-organised by the Ministry of Works of Malaysia and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan, and delivered a speech.

In his speech, Ambassador stated that the seminar would be a good opportunity to introduce more information on Japan’s advances and experiences in disaster management and also would provide a good opportunity for collaborations, cooperation and knowledge transfer from Japan to Malaysia.
