Noorul Ainur binti Mohd. Nur, Secretary General of Ministry of Higher
Education, and exchanged views on cooperation in the field of
education, such as regarding the Second Wave of the Look East Policy
and Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT).
