On 4th December, Ambassador Miyagawa hosted Emperor’s Birthday Reception in Kuala Lumpur. With attendance of the Honourable Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas, Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities of Malaysia as a guest of honour, participants celebrated the 81st birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
