On 7th December, Ambassador Miyagawa hosted Emperor’s Birthday Reception in Kuala Lumpur. With attendance of the Honourable Senator Datuk Paul Low Seng Kuan, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department as the guest of honour, 500 plus guests celebrated 83rd birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
