On 23rd November, Ambassador Dr. Miyagawa delivered his speech at the 5th PUSPANITA Annual Conference. In response to the organizer’s request to share Japanese experiences that would help Malaysians solve their social challenges, Ambassador Dr. Miyagawa shared his thoughts on Japan’s education system and social welfare policy in his speech.
