Recently, false news have been circulating regarding the Japanese
visa for nationals of the Phillipines, Indonesia and Viet Nam. The news
mentioned that Japan has lifted its visa for the Philippines, Indonesia
and Vietnamese.
The Embassy of Japan in Malaysia hereby clarifies publicly that Japan
has not lifted the visa requirements for nationals of the Philippines,
Indonesia and Viet Nam contrary to the recent false reports. However, Japan will start issueing multiple-entry visas to nationals of the Philippines, Indonesia and Viet Nam.
