The Japanese decoration has been conferred on Tuan Haji Mohamed Auzi Bin Daud for his contribution to the youth exchanges and the promotion of friendship between Japan and Malaysia and among ASEAN countries as the former president of SSEAYP International Malaysia, alumni organization for Malaysian youth participants of SSEAYP.
