On 25 August, Ambassador Takahashi and his wife visited Chitose Agri Laboratory and their farm.
Chitose Agri Laboratory belongs to the Chitose Group, a bio-venture company in Kanagawa Prefecture, which started its agricultural business in 2014. Since 2016, Chitose has been producing high-quality Japanese varieties of strawberries, tomatoes and leafy vegetables in Cameron Highlands and selling their products in Malaysia and Singapore.
