On 25 October, Ambassador Takahashi attended the opening ceremony of Malaysia-Japan Joint International Conference (MJJIC) and International Conference on Advanced Technology and Applied Sciences (ICaTAS) hosted by Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT).
In his speech, Ambassador expressed his appreciation and gratitude to MJIIT, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Japanese University Consortium (JUC) and Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) for organizing this valuable conference, and his expectation that MJJIC and ICaTAS would serve as a platform to promote environmental resilience and sustainability, which was the main theme of these conferences.
