On 31th March 2021, Ambassador Oka paid a courtesy call on YBhg. Dato' Dr. Noor Zari bin Hamat, Secretary General of MOTAC.
At the meeting, they exchanged views on support for the 40th anniversary event of the Look East Policy, and the cooperation of the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan as well as the measure to promote cultural exchange such as inbound tourism to Malaysia and study abroad exchange.
