On 28 April, Ambassador Takahashi visited Datuk Muhd Khair Razman bin Mohamed Annuar, Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Human Resources.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on past, present and future bilateral cooperation in vocational training, and on a wide range of current human resource issues in Malaysia, including concerns from Japanese companies operating in Malaysia. They also agreed to continue to cooperate in the area of human resource development for both countries.
