Courtesy call by Counsellor Hosomi on MMEA Director-General Maritime Admiral Datuk Mohd Zubil Mat Som

On 4th January, Counsellor Hosomi paid a courtesy call on Director-General for Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA), Maritime Admiral Datuk Mohd Zubil Mat Som.
During the courtesy call, Dato’Mohd Zubil expressed his sincere appreciation Japan’s long-running contribution to MMEA on capacity building as well as the grant aid assistance of two large patrol vessels from the Japanese Government. Both sides also agreed to enhance cooperation between the Japan Coast Guard and MMEA, taking in consideration the continued cooperation between the Coast Guards since the establishment of MMEA in 2005.
