Handover Ceremony to the Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Bahasa Antarabangsa (IPGKBA) under Grant Assistance for Cultural Grassroots Project (GCGP)

The Government of Japan has donated USD 68,985 to the IPGKBA for the “Project for Improvement of Environment for the Japanese Language Education for IPGKBA”. 

The handover ceremony for the two refurbished classrooms, books and other equipment was held on 2 March 2018 at the IPGKBA. Mr. Hiroyuki Orikasa, Deputy Chief of the Mission of the Embassy of Japan and Dr. Nagalingam Karuppiah, Director of IPGKBA both delivered their speeches. The ceremony proceed to a tape-cutting, whereby officially opening the newly refurbished facilities and equipment.
