On 6 April, Ambassador Oka paid a courtesy call on YBhg. Tan Sri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah, Founder and Chairman of Sunway Group.
At the meeting, Ambassador Oka expressed his appreciation for Sunway group’s long-standing and solid cooperation with Japanese companies. In addition, they agreed to continue to work closely in various areas, including the promotion of Japanese technology start-ups’ expansion in Malaysia, education, technology talent development and smart city development, toward achieving the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
