Ambassador Shikata attended the Art of Connection “TSUNAGARI”

On 26th April, Ambassador Shikata attended the Art of Connection “TSUNAGARI”.
This art exhibition, which introduced artworks by Japanese and Malaysian artists, was organized by the Malaysia Visual Arts Association (Persatuan Seni Rupa Malaysia/ PeRUPA) and held at the Karya Gallery, Janda Baik.
The exhibition featured a total of 32 works, including those inspired by motifs and techniques of both countries. The Ambassador toured the exhibition, receiving explanations about each work.
In his speech, Ambassador Shikata expressed his gratitude for the exhibition and emphasised the importance of art exchanges in further promoting friendship between Japan and Malaysia.
