The Conferment Ceremony of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon upon Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Ahmad Tajuddin Ali, Chairman of SIRIM Berhad

On April 4, the Conferment Ceremony of 2018 Autumn Imperial Decorations for foreign recipients was held at the Japanese Ambassador’s Residence. Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Ahmad Tajuddin Ali, Chairman of SIRIM Berhad received the Imperial decoration “Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon”. Tan Sri helmed the positions of Executive Chairman of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Chairman of Gas Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Chairman of the Energy Commission of Malaysia amongst others. Currently, Tan Sri is the Chairman of SIRIM Berhad and Chairman of MIGHT. Tan Sri was conferred the order in recognition of his remarkable contribution in promoting bilateral exchange in the economic field between Japan and Malaysia.
