On 10 January, Ambassador Takahashi attended the signing ceremony of the partnership agreement between Daikin Malaysia and Selangor FC. The ceremony was also witnessed by His Royal Highness Tengku Amir Shah ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj, Crown Prince of Selangor, who is also the Chairman of Selangor FC.
The Daikin Malaysia Group has five factories, one development center and four sales companies all headquartered in the state of Selangor and has been operating since 1975. In appreciation of the state of Selangor and in the hope of its further development, Daikin Malaysia has entered into a partnership agreement with Selangor FC, which is based in the state.
We hope that this partnership will be an opportunity to further promote exchanges between Japan and Malaysia through sports.
