Congratulatory message from His Majesty the Emperor of Japan to His Majesty The Yang di-Pertuan Agong

On 13^th February 2019 Ambassador Miyagawa presented Dato’ Sri Muhammad Shahrul Ikram bin Yaakob, Secretary General of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia with a congratulatory message from His Majesty the Emperor of Japan to His Majesty The Yang di-Pertuan Agong XVI, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah Ibni Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah on His Majesty’s assumption of office as the new Yang di-Purtuan Agong on 31 January 2019.
