On August 12, Ambassador Oka made a courtesy call on Datuk Seri Dr. Mazlan Yusoff, Secretary General of Ministry of Higher Education.
At the meeting, based on the excellent track record of wide-ranging cooperation between Japan and Malaysia in the higher education field including Look East Policy, they exchanged views on the project for establishing of a branch campus of the University of Tsukuba, in Malaysia and others.
Datuk Seri Dr. Mazlan Yusoff has the degree of Master of Science Policy from Saitama University, Japan.
