Ambassador Takahashi attended 18th Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS 2022)

On 8 September, Ambassador Takahashi attended the opening ceremony of the 18th Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS 2022).
At MIHAS 2022, JETRO Kuala Lumpur set up a booth to showcase 24 halal-certified food products including confectionery, tea, processed foods and condiments from 8 Japanese companies.
Prime Minister Dato' Sri Ismail Sabri bin Yaakob officiated this event. When PM Ismail Sabri stopped by JETRO booth, Ambassador Takahashi, together with Ms Onozawa, head of JETRO Kuala Lumpur, introduced Japan's high-quality halal-certified food products to the Prime Minister.
