Farewell call by Ambassador Takahashi on YB Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia

On 15th October, Ambassador Takahashi paid a farewell call on YB Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia.
During the meeting, Ambassador Takahashi expressed his sincere and deep gratitude to the Foreign Minister’s dedication in enhancing the bilateral relations between Japan and Malaysia. Both sides shared the view to continue to further strengthen the bilateral relationship under the Look East Policy and the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and actively exchanged views on the regional situation and cooperation in ASEAN, of which Malaysia will assume the chairmanship next year.
