Ambassador Takahashi’s visit to Astro

On January 12, Ambassador Takahashi visited Astro, and was interviewed by their TV news program “Astro Awani” as well as radio program “Lite FM”.
In the TV interview, Ambassador Takahashi reflected on the 40th anniversary of the Look East Policy last year and discussed the future of the bilateral relationship between Japan and Malaysia. In the radio interview, Ambassador Takahashi introduced traditional Japanese sake brewing techniques, which Japan is promoting as a candidate for UNESCO intangible cultural heritage listing.
