On the 11th of March, Ambassador Oka met President of Pahang Rangers FC, Y.A.M Tengku Arif Temenggong Pahang Tengku Fahd Mua'adzam Shah Ibni Sultan Ahmad Shah. Pahang Rangers, a professional futsal team recently hosted the first Sultan Ahmad Shah International Cup in Kuantan, Pahang that two Japanese futsal teams took part in.
Pahang Rangers plans to organize the Cup every year. Ambassador Oka and Tengku Fahd Mua'adzam Shah discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between Japan and Malaysia in the field of futsal.
