Ambassador Takahashi attended the opening ceremony of Ajinomoto's new factory in Malaysia

On 10 December, Ambassador Takahashi attended the opening ceremony of Ajinomoto’s new factory in Negeri Sembilan. His Royal Highness Tuanku Muhriz ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir and Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan also attended to this ceremony.
Ajinomoto Malaysia was established in 1961 and opened a factory in Kuala Lumpur in 1965. Since then it has contributed significantly to the development of Malaysia's food industry through the production and sale of halal-certified flavor enhancers and other products.
At the opening ceremony, Ambassador Takahashi expressed his hope that Ajinomoto’s new factory will embody a new era of the LEP and become a landmark that will strengthen bilateral cooperation between Japan and Malaysia in the future.
