On 13 October, Ambassador Takahashi had an audience with His Royal Highness Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Sultan of Selangor.
At the meeting, His Royal Highness and Ambassador reaffirmed strong friendship between Japan and Selangor as well as the importance of tolerance in activities on the fields of economy, society and culture.
