Foreign Minister’s Commendations Award Presentation - Japanese Language Teacher Education Programmes at the Institute of Teacher Education International Languages Campus (IPGKBA)

On November 9, the Embassy of Japan held an award ceremony to present the Foreign Minister‘s Commendation for FY 2021 to Japanese Language Teacher Education Programmes at the Institute of Teacher Education International Languages Campus (IPGKBA), in recognition of their continuous efforts in training Japanese language teachers in Malaysia.
In his speech, Ambassador Oka highlighted the tireless efforts by IPGKBA, which has produced more than 100 qualified Japanese language teachers, and hoped this program will further continue even after the current students graduate next year.
Next, Datin Dr Bushro, Deputy Director of IPGKBA made a speech. She emphasizes the importance and necessity of its Japanese language teacher education programmes and hoped IPGKBA will continue to play its role as the sole teacher education institute for international languages in contributing to the development of Japanese language in Malaysia.
