On April 18, Ambassador Takahashi paid a courtesy call on Y.B. Senator Dato’ Seri Diraja Dr. Zambry Abdul Kadir, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia.
They celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation in 2023 and exchanged views on bilateral cooperation between Japan and Malaysia in the fields of economy and security as well as regional and international issues. They also confirmed that they promote cooperation to further strengthen the relationship between Japan and Malaysia.
