On 15th August, Ambassador Takahashi paid a courtesy call on YB Senator Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan, Second Finance Minister.
Both parties exchanged views on Malaysia's economic situation and fiscal policy, and discussed the activities of Japanese companies in Malaysia as well as the policies regarding the expansion of investment from Japan to Malaysia.
