Ambassador Shikata attended the 2nd Asia Oceania Kyudo Gatering

On 15th November, Ambassador SHIKATA Noriyuki attended the 2nd Asia Oceania Kyudo Gathering. The gathering aimed to promote and develop Kyudo across the Asia–Oceania region and to strengthen friendship among practitioners. A total of 90 participants from 12 teams representing various countries and regions took part in the event.
In his speech at the opening ceremony, Ambassador Shikata expressed his sincere appreciation to the Malaysia Kyudo Association and commended all participants from the Asia and Oceania region for their dedication to the promotion of Kyudo. He also expressed his hope that kyudo will continue to foster friendship and mutual understanding among nations, and he wished all participants the very best in their efforts.
The participants showcased heated competition as the outcome of their regular keiko or training.
