On 16 December, Minister Araki attended the 23rd Pusat Bahasa Teikyo（PBT） graduation ceremony for privately financed students. In his congratulatory speech, he expressed his appreciation to 68 Malaysian students, who completed their studies online under the challenging COVID situation. He also encouraged the students to tell their stories about the beautiful diversity of Malaysia to students in Japan, and to communicate actively with Japanese students.
