On 21st November, Ambassador Oka paid a courtesy call on Datuk Mohd Khairul Adib, Director General of Public Service Department (JPA) and exchanged various views to further strengthen the bilateral cooperation in Look East Policy. Under LEP, over 17,000 Malaysian have studied and received training in Japan, playing important roles for developing Malaysia.
