Send-off Reception for KAKEHASHI Project 2018

On 20 August, 2018, the Embassy of Japan hosted a Send-off Reception for the participants of KAKEHASHI Project 2018 at the Ambassador's Residence.
14 Malaysian high school students currently undertaking Japanese language studies will attend Japanese high schools while staying with host families or in a dormitory for 6 months, flying on 22 August.
Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, Prime Minister of Malaysia, gave a surprise video message to the students advising them to learn Japanese values during their 6 months stay.
