The 38th Asia-Pacific Roundtable (APR) was held from June 17 to 19, hosted by the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS) Malaysia, with the support of the Embassy of Japan.
From Japan, Professor Akio Takahara, Distinguished Visiting Professor at Tokyo Woman’s Christian University, participated as a speaker in Plenary Session 1 titled “War, Peace, and the Asia-Pacific”where he discussed the increasing uncertainty of international affairs in the region.
