Visit Program for Young Malaysian Politicians to Japan under JENESYS2023

From 27th February to 5th March, four young Malaysian politicians visited Japan as a part of MOFA’s youth exchange program known as JENESYS (Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths).
 
During the visit, they paid a courtesy call on Mr. KOMURA Masahiro, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, and exchanged views with the Japan-Malaysia Parliamentary Association for Friendship.
 
In Tokyo, they visited the National Diet and deepened their knowledge on ageing society and social security issues at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), as well as the development of medical technology using AI at Konica Minolta Japan. They also visited Fukushima prefecture to observe the recovery and restoration process from the Great East Japan Earthquake.
