Japan Self-Defense Forces Day Reception 2026

We honored the 72nd anniversary of the Japan Self-Defense Forces by hosting a reception on June 24th at the Ambassador's residence. High-ranking officials from the Malaysian Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Security Council, the Malaysian Armed Forces, and members of the diplomatic corps were in attendance. Gen Tan Sri Dato' Seri Hj Malek Razak bin Sulaiman, Chief of Defence Forces, graced the occasion with his presence.
