Ambassador Oka Attended the Mock-Cheque Presentation Ceremony of JACTIM Foundation for Japan Studies Programme in University of Malaya

On 22nd November, Ambassador Oka and Minister Araki attended mock-cheque presentation ceremony of JACTIM foundation for Japan Studies Programme in University of Malaya.
Japan Studies Programme in University of Malaya is the only programme in Malaysia that offers an interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree in Japan Studies. The grant support by JACTIM Foundation is utilized as scholarship for the first-year and postgraduate students. Alumni have been working at Japanese companies and the Embassy of Japan, playing significant roles as bridges between Japan and Malaysia in various fields.
