Ambassador Shikata Attends the Opening Ceremony of Number76 Academy

On 21st November, Ambassador SHIKATA Noriyuki attended the opening ceremony of Number76 Academy. Number76 Academy is the first Japanese hair dressing academy to be accredited by the Department of Skills Development, Ministry of Human Resources in Malaysia, aiming to nurture the next generation of hair stylists through training programs integrating Japanese refined techniques, culture and traditions.
In his congratulatory speech during the ceremony, Ambassador Shikata expressed his hope that this new collaboration between Japan and Malaysia in professional education for beauty craftsmanship would strengthen the educational and cultural ties between the two nations and contribute to the further development of hairdressing industry.
