On 22 March, Ambassador Shikata attended ALEPS (Alumni Look East Policy Society) Japanese Education Online Seminar 2025. In his speech, Ambassador expressed his appreciation to ALEPS for organizing this valuable seminar and encouraged the attendees to choose Japan to further their studies by introducing the charms of studying in Japan.
