Ambassador Takahashi joined UTAR’s LEP40 Event

On August 22nd, Ambassador Takahashi attended an online event commemorating the 40^th Anniversary of the Look East Policy hosted by Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman(UTAR). In his speech, Ambassador looked back on some of the accomplishments of the policy in the past 40 years, expressed his views on the future of the LEP, and expressed his expectation that the cooperation between UTAR and Japanese organizations would develop further by seizing an opportunity of the 40th anniversary.
