Suzuki Konomi and MYTH & ROID’s Special Live Performance

On December 21st and 22nd, the Embassy of Japan in Malaysia, the Japan Foundation, Kuala Lumpur and the Comic Fiesta Executive Committee co-hosted “Suzuki Konomi and MYTH & ROID’s Special Live Performance” at Comic Fiesta 2024, which is the famous ACG (Anime, Comic and Game) event in Malaysia.
Comic Fiesta is one of the largest events not only in Malaysia but also in Southeast Asia, focusing on anime, comics, and games, with a history of over 20 years.
Suzuki Konomi and MYTH & ROID are both renowned singers who have performed the theme songs for various anime series, captivating anime music enthusiasts not only in Japan but also across the world, including Malaysia. A large number of enthusiastic fans gathered to meet them at the meet-and-greet session on the first day and the concert on the second day. At the concert, the two singers showed a powerful performance while 2,900 fans cheered them on, and the venue was filled with a sense of togetherness.
We hope that this event will help to further enhance interest in Japanese culture in Malaysia and expand exchange between Japan and Malaysia through culture.
