Conferment Ceremony of the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold and Silver Rays upon Ms. Mandothari Govindasamy, former local employee, Embassy of Japan in Malaysia

On the 27th of April, the Embassy of Japan hosted a conferment ceremony for Ms. Mandothari Govindasamy, former local employee, Embassy of Japan in Malaysia, who received The Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold and Silver Rays, as 2021 Spring Conferment of Decorations for foreign recipients.
Ms. Mandothari Govindasamy worked for the Embassy from 1985 to 2019 mostly as a clerk at the political section and as Ambassador’s personal assistant for about a year. Her wide network of connections through her long career at the political section was enormously helpful for the embassy officers, and the significance of her rich experience was fully proved when she worked Ambassador’s personal assistant.
The prestigious Order was conferred in recognition of her invaluable support for the diplomatic activity of the Embassy to enhance the bilateral relations between Japan and Malaysia.
