Ambassador Takahashi visited Pagoh Higher Education Hub

On 24 August, Ambassador Takahashi and Madam Takahashi visited Pagoh Higher Education Hub.
First, Ambassador Takahashi and Madam Takahashi visited Malaysia-Japan Advanced Research Centre (MJARC) under Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), where Dr. Pramila, Manager of MJARC, who was a Japanese government scholar, explained a waste treatment equipment as well as other facilities. They also met with MJIIT graduates who are now working at MJARC. They planted a memorial tree at MJARC.
Then, Ambassador Takahashi and Madam Takahashi visited Faculty of Languages and Management, International Islamic University Malaysia and attended a books handover ceremony at the Japanese language learning classroom, which was established through Grant Assistance for Cultural Grassroots Projects by the Government of Japan. At the ceremony, about 50 books on Japan were donated as part of "READ JAPAN PROJECT" implemented by the Nippon Foundation to promote the understanding of Japan around the world through books.
