On December 23, Ambassador Takahashi paid a courtesy visit on Professor Tan Sri Dato' Dzulkifli Abdul Razak, Rector of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
At the meeting, Ambassador Takahashi expressed his appreciation for close cooperation with Japanese universities. In addition, both parties agreed to continue to work closely towards the 40th anniversary of the Look East Policy.
